Trainings

Train, Retrain & Retain

A long time MLM truth, to be sure.

I will be in Providence, RI with Gary Holister on Jan. 17

Details? Click Here

I will be in Oklahoma on the 7th of Feb and in West Virginia on the 20th & 21st of Feb.

Personally, I am looking forward to ramping up this blog and the email group we have set up with short tips and experiences. We have been working on some product tutorials and videos.

There is a Skin Nutrition Class on video at CLICK HERE and we will be adding several more videos soon. Not only will you see Davene doing more classes but you'll also see Lisa who had never done anything like this in her life. To me, this is when it gets really powerful.

I can share with you that Davene has made a major commitment to Skin Nutrition Classes and bringing along Lisa to the point of confidence is stunning to see. Another student has emerged ~ and this is key ~ because of the success Lisa is having.

This is one of the huge benefits explained in "How to Build a HUGE Glimpse Business." Some of the 'old guard' is done watching and ready to get busy. This plan works if you work it.

Are there speed bumps and challenges along the way? Yes.

Do folks get disappointed because all four don't show up? Yes.

Do folks get frustrated when friends cancel with some stupid excuse? Yes.

Lisa had been through a lot of that but has also been through a $550 pack and 3 $1000 packs and just ordered a 4th.

BUT ~ Lisa has picked up retail profit and 750 in power starts. She'll pick up another power start on this order.

What does it all mean? It means that within 5 weeks some decent profit has been made and that is nice but what really is great is that Lisa has now done 2 on her own for other people.

Davene is gaining speed and if you multiply Lisa's $4500 in volume and people already re-ordering times 10 it is over 40,000 in volume.

Why times 10? Simple Davene is going to get 9 more people to the point Lisa is at BY HERSELF.

That is Premier volume with just 10 reps.

So, do things always go great in terms of guests and sales and more parties? NO

Is it worth it? Are you kidding?
